After what can only be described as a"cruntching" my achilles on a 5er before VT...i returned to Boston having Lay'd low in the mountains, with eliptical nonsense. Today back to gym for free weights and a slow tentative appologetic 5k .
I now dub February "get thy shit together" month

Before VT
Okay, yesterday I ran 5 outside, over snow trails along the reservoir, and botched up my Achilles, the slipped on black ice took a digger on my knee *awesome*...so I'm taking today off.
Yesterday I ran 5 on TM, and did FB weights.
Gotta finish up my packing, hope Vermont is filled with runs.

New week
Yesterday did FB weights, and an 3 on TM 1 sprint, 1 hills
TM is killing me...but there was no running in the snow last night. I may have to rent out snowshoes for Vermont.
Thought a lot about Mt Washington this morning...wondering what it would be like to train for that road race. I'm gonna go with"nauseating"
